Stroller-Strong

Bring your stroller to this strength and cardio fitness class designed for parents and kids under the age of 4. All levels of fitness are welcome. Children must be under the age of 4 and stay in the stroller. Please pre-register online to book your spot using the Live Leduc app. Spots can be booked up to three days in advance.
