For anyone looking for a gentle Aquatic exercise experience, including Seniors. Tailored for slower movements in warmer water and to be easy on your bones & joints. This class is offered in the Leisure Lane Pool. Patrons must be 14yrs+ for this activity. Participants are asked to participate in the class within the designated pool (Leisure Pool). Note: Max 20 participants/class; pre-book your spot through Live Leduc App.
