Vinyasa yoga practice is a conscious flowing movement where the postures are linked with the breath. This class improves balance and flexibility, increasing stamina and endurance. Infused with the flow of the class will be some self-massage using massage balls and diagnostic posturing. This assists in relieving physical and emotional stress, encourages muscle relaxation, blood circulation, promotes deeper and better breathing, and delivers targeted muscle stimulation to stiff, tender and sore muscles. AHS guidelines for fitness classes will be followed including reduced class capacity, enhanced cleaning protocols and 3m physical distancing before, during and after class. Please pre-register online to book your spot using the Live Leduc app. Spots can be booked up to three days in advance. Please arrive to class location no earlier than five minutes before class start time.
