This outdoor class incorporates all the components of spin cycling: speed work, intervals, hill climbs and more on our Keiser M3i bikes. Please pre-register online to book your spot using the Live Leduc app. Spots can be booked up to three days in advance. Please arrive to class location no earlier than five minutes before class start time.
