This is a gentle dance class that is exercise in disguise. Easy to follow moves in a fun form designed for those that require a lower intesity than our regular Zumba class. AHS guidelines for fitness classes will be followed including reduced class capacity, enhanced cleaning protocols and 3m physical distancing before, during and after class. Please pre-register online to book your spot using the Live Leduc app. Spots can be booked up to three days in advance. Please arrive to class location no earlier than five minutes before class start time.
