This class uses Tabata training to increase conditioning, strength and stamina through 20 second intervals of maximum intensity. AHS guidelines for fitness classes will be followed including reduced class capacity, enhanced cleaning protocols and 3m physical distancing before, during and after class. Please pre-register online to book your spot using the Live Leduc app. Spots can be booked up to three days in advance. Please arrive to class location no earlier than five minutes before class start time.
