Adult hour is designed for 18 years and older. Take part in our ball hockey scrimmage on our Arena Pad on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ball hockey is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, for patrons 18 years of age or older. Participants are permitted to check-in 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. Maximum 20 players plus two goalies. Equipment requirements for youth: CSA approved hockey helmet, hand gloves, shin guards, running shoes, and a regulation hockey stick.
