Youth ages 12–15 can get fitness-ready with this required orientation. Learn gym safety, equipment basics, and proper etiquette before accessing the RE/MAX Fitness Centre, AWG Indoor Track, and drop-in classes. 

Spring orientations are available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
