This open Stick & Puck session welcomes participants of all ages to practice their skating, puck handling, and shooting skills in a non-structured environment. Children ages 7 and under must be accompanied on the ice by a supervisor 14 years of age or older.

CAPACITY: Maximum of 30 participants.

CHECK-IN: Participants are permitted check-in one hour prior to scheduled time at East Guest Services. Limited spots available for drop-in.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILDREN (AGES 17 AND UNDER): CSA certified helmet with full face mask, skates, neck guard, hockey pants, support cup, hockey gloves, shin/elbow/shoulder pads, regulation hockey stick.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR ADULTS: CSA certified helmet, skates, and gloves.
