AquaFit - Seniors

Our Senior AquaFit program is a fun fitness experience tailored to be gentle on your bones and joints. Participants are asked to participate in the class within the designated pool (Main Pool). Note: Max 55 participants/class; Pre-book your spot 73 hours in advance through the Live Leduc Mobile APP or by calling Guest Services.
