Family (Parented)

All of our family programs require an adult to be actively involved. From sports to painting we have a single day program or an entire session ready for you to make memories at the LRC with your family.

Each of our themed crates holds a new adventure from tasty nibbles to creative experiences that are unleashed when you lift the lid. Meet, Make, Move

Meet, Make, Move

Meet at the LRC to make memories and move your body each month. The Leduc Public Library, Leisure Services and Recreation Programs have teamed up to create an exciting, drop in opportunity. Start with a story, playing with toys and interactive centers in the MNP room, take a break in the lobby for a snack and finish your morning with some activity in the fieldhouse. This energizing outing happens once a month and registration is not required. Parents are responsible for active supervision during the program. All participants need clean indoor shoes, socks and a water bottle. Maximum 3 children/parent to ensure supervision is maintained and all participants have a positive experience. Admission rates apply to all children ages 3+.

Sportball

Sportball

Sportball offers a big variety of Multi-Sport and Sport-Specific weekly class programs designed to teach kids the gross motor skills they need to get in the game, including balance, stamina, strength, timing and coordination. Expert Coaches break down skills into kid-sized bites of fun in supportive, non-competitive settings that encourage teamwork. Whether we’re teaching toddlers how to kick or pre-teens how to bat, our goal is the same: to give kids the tools to get in the game and leave them with the desire to stay in the game.
