Learn, cultivate and craft your preserving skills of those fresh garden or farmer market fruits and veggies. We will cover the basics such as tools, ingredients and methods with each class topic. Each class you will go home with one jar of each recipe. Please note this not an allergy free program, recipes, ingredients and jars/containers will be provided.
