This is a fun bootcamp for beginners and those new to exercise. Participants will work on the essentials of strength conditioning, cardiovascular training and flexibility using a variety of modalities and progressively improving their fitness.

Join us at the barre for this total body strength class that is low on impact but high on muscle recruitment. This challenging sculpting class will build strength and increase flexibility in a new way!

For youth ages 14-17. Learn the best technique to move safely as you build strength and endurance. This class will build strong foundations for weight training and sports.

This class focused solely on strength requires previous experience lifting and is intended for those who are at an intermediate level. Not only will participants build muscular strength and endurance, but they will also broaden their knowledge of strength exercises and resistance training.

Mindful Movements

Mindful Movements

A class geared towards the mature participant. Each week participants will be lead through various exercises to increase endurance, stability and strength. Portions of the class will have a yoga influece where participants will be encouraged to connect with their mind, breath and bodies.

Rears and Gears

Get ready for a lower body blast! This combination class will incorporate indoor cycling on our Keiser M3i spin bikes along with barre-inspired movements.

Titans

Titans

This is a progressive conditioning and lifting class focused on buiding muscle, burning fat and increasing strength and stamina. Implements such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more will be used for strength and power movements, combined with dynamic cardiovascular exercises.

Train-4-10K

Train-4-10K

This outdoor running program will help prepare you for the LRC Community Run on September 29th. All abilities are welcome but participants should be able to walk 3km 3-4 times a week for the past 2 months. Program runs on the LRC multi-way trails, rain or shine.
