Join us at the barre for this total body strength class that is low on impact but high on muscle recruitment. This challenging sculpting class will build strength and increase flexibility in a new way! No dance background needed.
We have combined the concepts of the formerly known classes as Jacked and Fired Up to provide a complete workout program for the week all in one registration. Come one day or come all four days, each day is a great work out on its own, but when combined with the other days, the benefits to your body are maximized to the fullest. Each class is based on muscle balance and functional movement patterns, yet some classes are more strength, some more cardio, some conditioning, and others mobililty-focused
This workshop is an introduction to the gym for the inexperienced beginner. We will go over the basic etiquette of the gym, introduce you to some equipment and go over a basic circuit that you could do at our fitness centre. The goal of this workshop is to get you back in the fitness centre doors feeling comfortable and with a purpose. This workshop is for all ages.

Join us for a mobility workshop focusing on improving your strength training with increased range of motion, flexibility and overall physical mobility. Participants will be guided through a series of exercises designed to improve your range of motion and reduce stiffness in areas ued during lifts, such as hip mobility, shoulders and spine. From shoulder mobility to ankle mobility, various exercises can help you move, feel and lift better.
This class includes a 30 min partner full body workout (working at your level) infused with an hour of partner yoga with two of our instructors. The full body movement is a well rounded total body workout with your partner. partner yoga brings people together through movement , play, breath and working through yoga poses with each other. Join up with a partner (spouse, significant other, roommate, brother, sister, mother, daughter, son, best friend, buddy, workout partner) for a playful afternoon of amazing body movement.
Please join a special indoor Yoga practice. This will be a two hour Full body Yin workshop. As Yin is a passive and transformative type of Yoga, it asks us as Yogis to hold poses from one to five minutes. With holding these poses longer, allows strengthening, lenghtening and therapeutic release to joints, ligaments and connective tissue. As you tune out of the daily routine, you focus on slowing down and listening to your body. In addition, Yin also provides the opportunity to use mindfulness not only on the mat and also in everyday life. Sound bath will also be intermingled through out the practice. Please bring your Yoga mat and water bottle. Recommend layering clothing and bringing blankets. Looking forward to having you join on the mat. Om shanti.
