This drop in opportunity allows participants to work on their lacrosse skills; passing between cohorts, ball control, and shooting on net. Full equipment is required to participate in this drop-in opportunity, and must be provided by the participants. This opportunity is open to all ages and abilities. Children 7 years of age and under do require active supervision for their safety. Equipment requirements: CSA certified helmet, full face mask, and shoulder pads. Additional equipment recommended: mouth guard, gloves, arm pads, back and kidney pads, athletic support and cup, and a lacrosse stick.
