Please join a special indoor Yoga practice. This will be a two hour Full body Yin workshop. As Yin is a passive and transformative type of Yoga, it asks us as Yogis to hold poses from one to five minutes. With holding these poses longer, allows strengthening, lenghtening and therapeutic release to joints, ligaments and connective tissue. As you tune out of the daily routine, you focus on slowing down and listening to your body. In addition, Yin also provides the opportunity to use mindfulness not only on the mat and also in everyday life. Sound bath will also be intermingled through out the practice. Please bring your Yoga mat and water bottle. Recommend layering clothing and bringing blankets. Looking forward to having you join on the mat. Om shanti.
We have combined the concepts of the formerly known classes as Jacked and Fired Up to provide a complete workout program for the week all in one registration. Come one day or come all four days, each day is a great work out on its own, but when combined with the other days, the benefits to your body are maximized to the fullest. Each class is based on muscle balance and functional movement patterns, yet some classes are more strength, some more cardio, some conditioning, and others mobililty-focused
