Water Running (even walking or jogging) may have a small reputation but it comes with BIG results. Water Running is recommended by doctors and physiotherapists as a great low-impact workout that requires little to no swimming skill. Sports trainers and elite athletes also praise this activity as a great way to cross-train and develop cardiovascular endurance. 2 lanes are available in either Main Pool or Leisure Pool.
